Do I need internet access to use BinLedger?
Yes. BinLedger is a cloud-based (SaaS) app, so an internet connection is required to log transactions and view your bin data.
What counts as a "bin" on the Free plan?
Any storage unit you track inventory for — a steel bin, a flat storage building, or a grain bag site. The Free plan supports up to 3 on a single farm.
Can more than one person log transactions?
Yes, on Pro and Premium. Multi-user access lets your operator, family, or bookkeeper log to the same farm without sharing one login.
Do I need to install an app?
No. BinLedger runs in your phone, tablet, or desktop browser. A dedicated app is planned for a future release.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Pro and Premium plans include CSV export of any bin's full transaction history, useful for your own records or your accountant.
